Our Pet Policy
We are pet friendly, however we do have some breed restrictions to protect the safety of our residents. Pitt Bulls, Pinschers, Akitas, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, and German Shepherds, Huskeys,Malamutes,Wolf-Hybrids,& Staffordshire Terriers are not permitted on site. Although adorable, puppies and kittens are not allowed at Staten Crossing Apartments. All pets must be at least 12 months of age. The pet fee is non-refundable. We realize that your pet is a part of your family so you may split the pet fee over a 3 month period.
Our pet fees are:
- 17" and under – $300 non-refundable pet fee
- Above 17" – $550 non-refundable pet fee
- Cats – $300 non-refundable pet fee

Other Fees
Below are a few other fees that you should know about as you begin your leasing process.
- Application fee — $45.00 (non-refundable)
- Administration Fee — $100.00
- Gate remotes — $30
- Security deposit — $200.00 (refundable if all terms are met)
