Owners and Staff

Staten Crossing is locally owned and operated By Joan & Allan Dear and is managed by Allan Dear Real Estate,LLC . Joan and Allan have lived in Valdosta since 1983. Joan is employed at Valdosta State University in administration and Allan operates a real estate brokerage business. Both are active supporters of local charities, Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, their church, and VSU athletic and music programs.
